Scarsdale Medical Diet
Scarsdale Diet on the first day

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
Some meat, tomatoes (sliced, fried or steamed), and coffee or tea

Dinner:
Grilled fish or shellfish as you like with a slice of bread, unlimited protein and grapefruit salad


Scarsdale Days Two Plan

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
How salads all you want coffee or tea

Dinner:
Only dry hamburger on the grill, if you want, with unlimited tomatoes, celery, cucumbers and cabbage.

Scarsdale Day Three Plan

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
How do you like tuna salad with grapefruit and tea or coffee

Dinner:
How much you want to lean pork, along with a salad and coffee or tea

Scarsdale Day Four  Plan

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
Two eggs, cottage cheese, beans or tomatoes, bread, and protein from coffee or tea

Dinner:
Both the grilled chicken, grilled or fried (without skin), as needed, with an unlimited number of green beans, spinach or green pepper, and coffee or tea.

Scarsdale Day Five Plan

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
A few thin slices of cheese, spinach and unlimited amounts of protein bread with coffee or tea

Dinner:
Grilled fish or shellfish as you like, along with unlimited salad and a slice of bread with coffee or tea protein

Scarsdale Day Six Plan

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
How salads all you want coffee or tea

Dinner:
Such as turkey or chicken broiled over or you want a salad with tomatoes and lettuce and grapefruit with unlimited coffee or tea

Scarsdale Day Seven Plan

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread

Lunch:
Cold or hot turkey or chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cooked cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower, grapefruit or melon, with coffee or tea

Dinner:
Many asado (barbecue) beef, all visible fat before eating, with a salad of lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, cabbage and coffee or tea


Scarsdale Medical Diet Second Week

Repeat all menus of the first week.

If after fourteen days, if you still need to lose weight, diet changes to this country-Trim to two weeks before returning to the normal supply of medical Scardale).
